Resolution No. 23-1754 - Authorize the Execution of Utility Easement from the City of Haines City to the City of Lake Alfred.

Approve the Resolution to authorize the execution of the Utility Easement from the City of Haines City (the “City”) to the City of Lake Alfred (“Lake Alfred”).

Resolution No. 23-1755 Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement Resolution for Amendments No. 7 and No. 8

Approval of the Resolution authorizing execution of Amendments No. 7 and No. 8 to the traffic signal maintenance and compensation agreement between the Florida Department of Transportation and the City of Haines City.
